History

Fermentations opened its doors on Burton Drive in 1995 and has been an institution in Cambria for the past 14 years.  We are very fortunate to have so many loyal customers visiting us every time they come to town!

Food & Wine Club

Our Food & Wine Club began in June 2008 and quickly grew to over 150 members.  Our Club members particularly enjoy the variety of wineries and food items that we feature, along with the ability to choose your preferred type of wine.  3 shipments per year, 2 bottles of wine and a food Item in each shipment with a pairing recipe - all at 20% off.  Club members also enjoy 20% savings whenever they shop in our store or online.

New items

New additions to our store include a variety of metal signs made by a local artist.  These rusty metal signs sell for $25 and many different sayings are available.  We also have added Brown Butter Sea Salt Cookies made by the Little Market in Cayucos.  A box of 12 amazing cookies is $12.95.
